At Personal Touch Dining, our management team works with brides and grooms to select a delicious, customized menu for the wedding day. We understand the essentials needed, and we work hard so that your wedding day runs smoothly. From our popular tray-passed hors d’oeuvres, to our chef-crafted seated meal items, we help to create a sumptuous event.
Recently, we had the chance to work with an amazing couple, Jezriel and Rai, for their wedding at the Rancho Bernardo Courtyard. With the help of their fabulous coordinator at Oh So Chic Events, the reception turned out beautifully. The couple was able to sit back and enjoy their day like they should.
One of Personal Touch Dining’s most requested tray-passed food items is our Spicy Chipotle Shrimp. It features seasoned shrimp with chipotle cream cheese, which is garnished with fresh parsley and served on a crisp flour tortilla.
Another item tray-passed during Rai and Jezriel’s cocktial hour was our delicious Sirloin and Gorgonzola Mushroom Caps.
Personal Touch Dining’s tablescape includes complimentary water and champagne glasses at the dining table, silverware, cucumber-infused ice water carafes, and delicious artisan breads and butter.
After the cocktail hour, guests began the meal with a House Tossed Green Salad. The salad featured mixed greens, yellow squash, crumbled feta cheese, and dried cranberries. To top it off, it was drizzled with an orange sesame dressing, and garnished with orange wedges.
Some guests chose our filet medallions served medium, which were topped with caramelized onions and a garlic butter enhancement. The filed was served alongside garlic whipped potatoes, and fresh, in-season vegetables.
We fulfilled all of the catering services for this event, including bartender service, dining table linens and napkins, silverware, glassware, china, a beverage station, champagne toast, and cake cutting display.
