Wild Basin Lodge | Picturesque Outdoor Bridal Photo Shoot

Even though snow is falling throughout the country, there are a few spots where fall is still in the air. For example, we just did a bridal fashion shoot at the amazing Wild Basin Lodge in Allenspark, Colorado. We wanted to show off the gorgeous fall weather and these equally breathtaking gowns from Anna Be. Depending on the season, the leaves change any time between early October through late November. If you blink, you can miss the colors at their peak.

Wild Basin Lodge & Event Center, a private event facility, is unique in that it has no traffic, other than event guests. Situated at the Wild Basin entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, the lodge is located near the town of Estes Park, with nearby hiking, fishing, and horseback riding during the summer months. In winter, the pristine terrain is ideal for cross-country skiing, ice climbing and snowshoeing. We also appreciate that they source their own organic, local, hormone-free meats and fresh line-caught seafood. With indoor and outdoor ceremony locations, we love this year-round venue and its idyllic country setting.

Winery Weddings | Always in Season

Like Napa and Tuscany, Southern California has an abundance of wineries that double as beautiful wedding venues. If you enjoy sweeping views, endless rows of vines and dramatic wine cellars, you simply can’t beat nearby vineyards such as Orfila Vineyards, Mount Palomar Winery, and Leoness Cellars.
