Ivette and Roger had their recent engagement shoot at Balboa Park, which is one of our favorite spots. We arranged to meet at the perfect time of day, in order to capture the soft light and nice colors of the sunset. This fun pair brought along a couple of select props, which added nice detail to the photos. Check out some of our favorite images below!
Using the balloons that Ivette and Roger brought to the shoot, we set it up so Ivette appeared to be floating away. Good thing Roger was there to keep her grounded ;)
With a little assist from us, Roger pulled off this epic dip kiss like a pro!
When photographing, we like to keep things light, to let your personality shine through. For example, we love a bit of goofiness, like Roger's expression when kissed on the cheek by Ivette (right).
Ivette and Roger brought along this cute wooden sign. We captured a nice portrait of the two, in front of the iconic Botanical Garden, to be used for their save-the-date card.
Ivette and Roger did a great job choosing contrasting and coordinated outfits for their engagement shoot. One outfit was dressy and elegant, and the other was more casual and relaxed.
